This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Human Resources - Subject Matter Expert in Argentina.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute as a specialist in Human Resources and related disciplines, working on diverse educational and training projects. You will help develop, review, and deliver content that enhances learning experiences for professionals and students across a variety of HR-related subjects. Accountabilities:

  • Develop, review, and deliver educational content and learning materials in Human Resources and related disciplines.
  • Apply subject matter expertise to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, editors, and media developers to produce engaging learning experiences.
  • Follow project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
  • Contribute to multiple ongoing projects, providing professional input on curriculum development, course materials, and technical resources.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree preferred, along with relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR concepts, organizational development, labor relations, or other related areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow structured project instructions.
  • Familiarity with learning frameworks, such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, is advantageous.
