What You’ll Do
The Human Resources Intern will join our rapidly growing People team for the Summer of 2023 (June-August). They will be responsible for a broad range of tasks supporting the People team. Â
What you’ll be working on and learn
- Organizational Structure Project: Supporting the implantation of ChartHop
- Support the roll out of the Organizational Talent Review
- Help update and roll out the employee handbookÂ
- Understand the organizational structure of Authentic and the impact HR has as it evolves
- Learn the importance of Authentic policies, and how those guidelines lessens organizational risk
- New Hire Check-in Project: Take a 360 approach on employees' first 90 days, look at tools, resources that are needed to educate and develop an Authentic Ways of Working mindset
Must Haves:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Able to work up to 20 hours per week
- Able to work onsite in our NYC office
- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious and who takes initiative and risks
- Demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Conveys information that is clear and concise, whether verbally or in writing- adapting messaging, style and tone to a variety of audience
- Identifies and analyzes problems, develops solutions and shows good judgment about which solutions will workÂ
