Responsibilities:

As a Talent Diversity Strategist, your primary role will be to drive our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion while leading talent acquisition efforts. Working with the campus recruiting team, DEI team, broader HR, and key business stakeholders, you will develop and execute strategies to attract and engage diverse talent at the Analyst and Associate levels from campus and our diversity partner organizations.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate with our campus recruiting team to develop and implement programs aligned with our DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategy. Utilize existing resources and create new initiatives based on the organization's efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partner organizations and provide guidance on potential new partnerships. Actively engage with external partners to enhance our talent acquisition efforts and diversity outreach.
  • Work closely with HR Analytics to create relevant reports and dashboards for tracking qualitative and quantitative data. Analyze this data to identify opportunities, measure ROI, and recommend improvements to our talent acquisition and DEI initiatives.
  • Serve as a talent scout to proactively identify high-potential candidates. Develop targeted engagement strategies to attract these candidates to our firm for internships, full-time positions, or lateral opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Affinity Networks to ensure their integration into our firmwide approach to DEI. Leverage their insights and perspectives to inform the design of summer programming events, campus outreach, and other talent-related activities.
  • Design and implement Early ID programs to raise brand awareness among pre-university students. Create initiatives to attract diverse talent at an early stage, fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent sourcing and recruiting, preferably with a focus on finance or professional services.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruiting, including developing and executing scalable strategies for diverse candidates.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with internal employee resource/network groups, third-party vendors, and industry organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and relationships, effectively influencing HR, senior leadership, and employees at all levels.
  • Track record of leveraging metrics, best practices, and tools to achieve exceptional recruiting outcomes.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with a proven ability to operationalize and scale successful programs.
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments, displaying flexibility, judgment, and adaptability in delivering results.
  • Collaborative team player, seamlessly integrating within global teams, valuing teamwork, and collaboration on broader projects.
  • Exceptional work ethic, accustomed to proactively managing multiple tasks in dynamic environments.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging a broad spectrum of constituents.
  • Execution-oriented, driven by a strong passion for achieving results in all aspects of program and process implementation.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and recruitment events.
