Job Description:
Parsons is hosting a 2-Day Invitational Hiring Event in Huntsville, Alabama to support our Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment (ITASE) program.
ITASE provides a critical role in our nation's defense by bringing together intelligence-backed, medium to high fidelity threat system models developed across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise into an integrated wargame simulation environment. Parsons has supported this program for ten years, with an established team and customer relationships. Because the need for accurate and integrated modeling, simulation and analysis continues to grow we are expanding our team to adapt to new challenges.

Ability to sponsor and upgrade security clearances
Our current opportunities:
All opportunities require U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Individuals with a current Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance are strongly preferred.
Modeling & Simulation Engineers:
- Mid-Level - bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field from an accredited institution; 2+ years of professional experience; strong C++ programming Skill; experience developing and supporting software for Windows; and experience developing products with regular release cycles.
- Senior Level - bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field from an accredited institution; 8+ years of professional experience; strong C++ programming skill; experience developing product with regular release cycles; and experience developing and supporting software for windows.
Software Developers:
- Junior Level - bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field from an accredited institution; experience with C++; and experience with Windows/Linux cross platform software development.
- Mid-Level - bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field from an accredited institution; 3+ years of related experience; strong C++ skill, and experience developing and supporting software for Windows.
- Senior Level - bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field from an accredited institution; 8+ years of relevant experience, strong C++ skills, experience developing products with regular release cycle, mentoring experience, and experience developing and supporting software for Windows.
RF Threat Modeling & Simulation Engineer
- Senior Level - bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related field from an accredited institution with 9+ years of experience or a master's degree and 8+ years of experience. Must have strong C++ programming skills, experience developing products with regular release cycles, have a desire to work with a highly technical team, experience developing and supporting software for Windows.
Software Engineer Intern - Summer 2023
- Paid Internship - Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering. Experience writing software in C++ and/or Python and good communication skills.

Salary Range:
$110,600.00 - $199,100.00
