HVAC and Plumbing Design Engineer

Franklin Engineering is a consulting firm that provides HVAC and Plumbing Engineering services. We specialize in high-end custom homes, but also work on commercial and multi-family projects. We are a small firm with a hybrid work environment looking for self-motivated individuals who can work well independently and as a team. We have been serving the greater Seattle area for over 30 years and take pride in providing quality service to our clients. Salary and Responsibilities will depend on level of experience. Requirements • BSME from an ABET accredited engineering program • EIT certificate • PE license preferred • 5-10 years experience in the HVAC & Plumbing design industry • Knowledge of local Washington and City of Seattle codes • Proficiency using AutoCAD, BlueBeam Revu and Microsoft Office software • Experience in Revit is a plus • Solid communication skills required • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to think outside the box and use creativity to come up with practical solutions • Ability to work independently and as a team • Self-motivated to learn new skills and advance in the profession Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • What got you interested in HVAC and/or Plumbing design?
