HVAC - EMS Building Controls - Field Service Technician

We have an opening for a full-time position. Position: Energy Management Controls Field Service Technician with minimum 2 years’ experience in the HVAC, Electrical or Energy Management field. We are a locally owned company looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team. Compensation & Benefits: • $25.00 - $55.00 per hour • 2 week paid vacation accrued at start (80hrs) • Paid sick time (40hrs) • Paid holidays • Health, dental & vision insurance • 401(k) w/ company contributions • Company vehicle • Company cell phone Responsibilities: • Diagnose, Determine required parts, and correctly repair building automation controllers and components. • Perform preventative maintenance, installations, modifications, and repairs to energy controllers including pulling cables • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Must be willing to work flexible hours including occasional overtime and out of town Requirements: • Must have prior experience in electrical, HVAC, or building automation systems. • Good communication (written & verbal) • Basic computer skills • Able to lift up to 80lbs, climb ladders, and other repetitive tasks that such as lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching above shoulder height and crouching, kneeling for long periods. • A valid driver's license; clean driving record and safe parking for a company vehicle. Additional Preferred Requirements: • Knowledge of HVAC/Electrical systems, the HVAC industry, and construction industry. • Ability to read building prints and control diagrams. • Ability to set-up IT networks as they relate to DDC control systems (i.e. check/change IP address, etc.) • Familiarity with low voltage systems and cables Please reply to this ad to send resume.
