HVAC General Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems, property maintenance, and equipment repair. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality service to our clients. Duties • Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. • Oversee property maintenance tasks related to HVAC equipment, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Coordinate with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. • Train and mentor staff on best practices for equipment repair, appliance repair, and service technician duties. • Manage inventory of tools and materials necessary for HVAC operations. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs. Skills • Proficient in welding techniques related to HVAC systems. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. • Experience in plumbing tasks associated with HVAC installations. • Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components. • Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
