HVAC Install Assistant

Job Description: Position: HVAC Install Assistant Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour depending on experience Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with some overtime as needed What you will be doing: • Working with a lead installer • Receiving on the job, hands-on experience • Learning the ins and outs of residential retrofit/changeout installations • Installing ducted and ductless equipment • Installing and insulating ductwork per code • Building platforms per code • Complying with ALL SAFETY RULES • Ability to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance Qualifications: • 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record • Strong mechanical skills • Desire and commitment to learn and improve • Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades preferred • EPA Certification Heartland Home Service is an equal opportunity employer.
