Your New Role Step into a leadership position servingAuburn and the surrounding 30–40 mile radius, bringing top-tier HVAC solutions to the community • Lead the Team: Manage HVAC installations, guiding your team in every aspect of residential HVAC system setup. • Ensure Safety and Quality: Your EPA certification will ensure every job meets safety and efficiency standards. • Mentor and Inspire: Train and support your crew, passing along your expertise to strengthen the team. • Operational Impact: Support the launch of our Everett office, onboarding in Auburn for 30 days before taking charge in Everett.
