Responsibilities and Duties for Service Technician :
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair light commercial and residential HVAC equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance and provide customers with all recommended corrective actions.
• Communicate issues and findings effectively to customers
• Demonstrate a positive attitude with both co-workers and customers
• Demonstrate a motivated and dependable work ethic
• Has a desire to improve your technical knowledge.
• Complete and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate and work well with other team members
• Maintain you service vehicle and inventory
• Maintain an excellent driving record
Requirements for Service Tech's:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a full time Service position
• Proven troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair experience on light commercial and residential HVAC equipment
• Knowledgeable of zoning controls and air flow
• Familiar with all makes of variable speed outdoor units and their controllers
• Possess own service tools to monitor and test/ gauges.
• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license
• Pass a background & drug test
• US work authorization
• HVAC Journeymen license is preferred but not required.
Preferred but not Required:
• High School Diploma, GED or Tech/Trade School
• EPA Type II
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, climb, squat, bend, reach, hand dexterity, good eyesight, good hearing, good mental judgement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
