Key Responsibilities • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems • Identify and communicate issues clearly and professionally • Ensure work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company guidelines • Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships • Lead by example and help train or support team members • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle • Perform additional duties as needed Qualifications • EPA Certification(Required) • Valid Driver’s Licensewith a clean driving record • Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated Job Type: Full-time Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Chandler, AZ 85225 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Chandler, AZ 85225: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
