HVAC Mechanic I Manufacturing Facility I $50+/hr l 2nd Shift

About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and experiencedHVAC Mechanicto join our team at a leading manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment and to support production needs. Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, exhaust systems, and split systems. • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform timely repairs. • Monitor and adjust controls to maintain optimal environmental conditions. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, system conditions, and service reports. • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations. • Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff to support facility operations. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification in HVAC required. • Valid EPA Universal Certification. • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, controls, and safety standards. • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
