HVAC Project Manager

• Central Air have been provide residential and commercial HVAC services throughout Tristate area for over 19 years. • We are seeking an HVAC project Manager to join our group and continue to be a part in growing our company. We offer benefits packages and opportunity to advance make this a career move. The Project Manager will provide management oversight for all phases of the of projects they are assigned. This person will plan, organize, and direct employees during all installations. They will identify areas of needs for the clients they support and look to sell services to ensure proper customer experiences. Duties • Manage projects from design to completion by communicating with and assisting technicians daily • Tracks and controls project schedule and costs to make sure projects are completed on-time and within budget. • Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contracts • Complete site evaluations at the end of each project to ensure project is completed to standard • Create proposals to install new or replacement; upgrade HVAC systems. • Prepare and submit weekly status updates on the progress of the project. • Track equipment after release to make sure timely delivery to the jobsite. • Review equipment submittals and obtain necessary approvals prior to release. • Maintains proper safety standards Requirements • Minimal of 5 yrs. experience as a field Service/ Installer Technician. • Minimal of 1-2 yrs. experience as a Project Manager within HVAC industry. • Ability to understand all aspects of the design and installation process. • PM should leads by example and should be a source of knowledge and guidance for the technicians • Standard HVAC certifications • MS Outlook, MS Office, ERP Software, Dropbox, Adobe PDF, AutoCad helpful, • We offer: • Top Pay • Benefits (medical, vacation, holidays) • Positive Work Environment • Performance bonus • Background and Drug Screening will be done before an offer is made.
