HVAC Project Manager

Responsibilities: • Project Planning, define project scope, budget, and schedule. • Develop detailed project plans and timelines. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients • Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors. • Resolve conflicts and ensure client satisfaction • Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. • Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot issues • Budget & Resource Management • Manage procurement of materials and equipment. • Negotiate contracts and timelines • Documentation & Reporting • Maintain detailed records of project progress. Qualifications: • 5–10 years experience as an HVAC Project Manager or similar role • Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements • Strong understanding of project management principles • Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills • Proficiency with project management software • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, PMP / PMI or related training (preferred but not required) #IND1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Jamaica, NY 11430 (Required) Work Location: In person
