HVAC Project Manager

The HVAC Project Manager will be a key figure in the project team, responsible for the overall success of a project. The individual must possess excellent leadership skills, as well as be able to successfully set, observe and re-evaluate project priorities frequently. • At least five years of relevant experience as an HVAC Project Manager • Must have a proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces • Must have strong client relations skills and a collaborative disposition • Demonstrate proficiency in reading HVAC/Mechanical construction plans and specifications • Oversee HVAC project management from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets • Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and coordination • Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards • Experience with documentation and contract specifications #IND1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • New York, NY 10001 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • New York, NY 10001: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
