About us Facility Response Group is a small business in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. We are a full-service Commercial Mechanical company based in Dallas, with a second office in Central Texas. We provide HVAC, plumbing, controls, equipment testing and chiller service exclusively to Commercial and Industrial clients. We are a family-owned operation that provides a friendly, supportive, family-oriented, transparent work environment, committed to developing our people and maintaining a culture of putting our technicians first so that they can put the client first. We pay 100% tuition for any course, school or class our technicians wish to attend and have sent many people through manufacturer courses, chiller schools and 4-year degree programs. We are always investing in our technicians. Our client and our technician turnover are both extremely low. Excellent compensation. Seeking those with the skills needed install and repair the following types of equipment: Large RTU’s, package units, split systems, mini splits, pumps, boilers, water heaters.Minimum 6 years of Commercial HVAC Service experience. The perfect candidate has a great attitude, is honest, ethical and a team player. Comfortable working independently. We hire great people so they can do great work for our clients. We don’t interfere with our service techs. Management is always available for your support. This is a great environment for the experienced service tech who enjoys being left alone to do their job!
