HVAC Senior Technician

Our scope consists of residential, commercial and multi-family HVAC repairs, maintenance and installation. Expectations: Take care of our customers! No sales or gimmicks, do the right thing!! Be on time and show up to work Accurate completion of service notes Communicate effectively with office on a regular basis regarding service updates and client concerns Maintain a clean & safe driving record as well as background check Top notch customer service skills and ability to demonstrate and explain to the customer both the problem at hand as well as all resolutions available Ability to multi-task and prioritize all tasks at hand Must be able to properly diagnose and resolve or troubleshoot issues timely and effectively Minimum of 3 years of experience repairing /replacing residential and multifamily HVAC units MUST have a clean driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Rotating weekends Supplemental Pay: • Signing bonus Work Location: On the road
