HVAC Service Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in the HVAC field, with a focus on maintaining, repairing, and designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively troubleshoot issues and ensure optimal system performance. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems using tools such as an Ohmmeter. • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity. • Design HVAC systems based on specific property requirements and customer needs. • Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns promptly. • Provide excellent customer service while explaining technical issues and solutions to clients. • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery. Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to refrigerate, boil, and maintain various HVAC systems. • Familiarity with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
