Responsibilities: • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including forced air and boilers • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently • Build rapport with customers and communicate clearly with teammates • Uphold our commitment to exceptional service with a personable demeanor Requirements: • 2+ years of field experience • EPA 608 certification • Great communication skills • Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and collect payment • Valid drivers license with a safe driving record We are an equal opportunity employer.
