HVAC Service Tech

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role involves working in various settings, including residential and commercial properties, to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in accordance with industry standards. • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. • Troubleshoot HVAC/R issues using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter. • Design and implement efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs. • Provide property maintenance support as needed. • Drive company van to job sites while adhering to safety regulations. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in field service. • Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to HVAC systems. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicles.
