HVAC Service Technician - 5 Years of Experience Required

Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment • Service a variety of systems, including split systems (20-ton+), package units (25-ton+), VRF systems, water sourced equipment, VAV systems, and zoned systems • Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve HVAC issues • Provide excellent customer service to a diverse clientele, ranging from retail to aerospace and manufacturing • Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients Requirements: • Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance • Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC systems and their applications • Strong diagnostic and repair skills • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to think outside the box and solve complex HVAC problems • Clean driving record and EPA certification • Controls knowledge is a huge plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Tuition reimbursement Schedule: • 8 hour shift Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • HVAC: 5 years (Required) Language: • English (Preferred) License/Certification: • EPA Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
