What We Have to Offer / Benefits: • Take home company vehicle + gas card • Dispatched from home • Medical insurance with 3 plan options including HSA • Dentalvision insurance • 5 Paid vacation days (40 hours) after 6 months; 10 days after 1 year (80 hours) • 5 Paid sick days • 6 Paid holidays • 401K with 3% company match • Short/Long-term disability insurance • Life insurance • Tool assistance • Paid training, including Nexstar, and opportunities for professional development • Employee appreciation events - 2 per year • Team events Position:HVAC Service Technician Pay: Rate:$26.00 - $38.00 per hour depending / Shift + spiffs and commission Work Schedules Available: • Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm • Tuesday to Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm What you will be doing: • Service and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment • Diagnosing and repairing equipment • Customer service • Education customers on our maintenance program and Indoor Air Quality options • Consult with customer on repair and replacements • Dispatched from home via Service Titan Required Qualifications: • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record • 3 + years of residential service experience • EPA Certified • Customer service oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
