Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in service technician roles. This position involves installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The HVAC Technician will work on various projects, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct field service calls to assess and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Collaborate with construction teams on HVAC design and installation projects.
• Repair appliances related to HVAC systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a focus on service technician experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems and ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
• Experience in equipment repair, welding, and property maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for field service responsibilities.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, boiler operation, and general HVAC/R principles is essential.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $38.17 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
