HVAC Service Technician - Commercial HVAC/R

Role: To perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks related to Starting Up, maintaining and repairing commersial HVAC systems. RTU, VRF, VRV, Package Air/Water-Cooled, Splits, Cooling Tower, HVAC Controls...etc. Responsibilities: • Diagnose and perform repairs on commercial mechanical and electrical equipment • Perform preventative maintenance on various mechanical equipment • Supervise the work of lower level HVAC mechanics by providing instruction and training • Supervise and Install HVAC Equipment, VRF, Humidifiers, Economizers, Refrigeration Components, Controls (DDC) • Perform Startups for new installs • Requirements: Skills • Knowledge of commercial mechanical and electrical systems • Piping, Controls, HVAC Equipment, Boilers + • Understand and read blueprints as well as equipment wiring diagrams. • Ability to Start-up or repair HVAC system • Education • A technical school in HVAC or relevant subject • 5+ years of work experience in the commercial HVAC field • Valid clean New York State Driving License Certification:EPA Universal, 410A, G-60, F-60, OSHA 30 hour DAIKIN, CITI MULTI, LG ...etc. a big plus About the Company: Denair NYC HVAC Company is one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in New York.
