HVAC Service Technicians and Installers

Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities • Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to specifications and local codes. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. • Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine system layout and installation requirements. • Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment, utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on job sites. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. Requirements • Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as construction or property maintenance. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC/R systems. • Familiarity with plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, boilers, and welding techniques is preferred. • Previous experience as a service technician is a plus. • Ability to perform equipment repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently. • Valid driver's license is required; driver experience is beneficial. • Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is advantageous but not mandatory. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
