HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic We are seeking experienced Journeyman HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Mechanics / Installers for commercial construction projects in Houston, TX. Some jobsite require background checks for badging The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 4 years of recent experience. Basic Job Description: • HVAC Sheet Metal Duct Mechanics will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing various types and sizes of ductwork [Sheet Metal and or Fiberglass] utilizing blueprints, and schematics. • HVAC Mechanics will also be responsible for installing additional equipment related to heating and air-conditioning systems into commercial buildings. Requirements: • OSHA 10 is required on some jobsites • Must have experience with installing HVAC Duct and related equipment in commercial buildings. • Must have own hand tools required for the trade. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must be willing to work overtime if required. • Must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions. • Must have proper ID (s) required for employment. * Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Referral program • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
