HVAC Start Up Technician (8 plus years experience)

MUST HAVE START UP AND TESTING EXPERIENCE! AND MUST HAVE TDLR AND EPA UNIVERSAL CERTIFICATION! Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems effectively. As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients' environments. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and heating systems. • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems and provide effective solutions. • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to understand system designs. • Perform property maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing work. • Drive company vehicles to job sites safely and efficiently. • Communicate with clients regarding service needs and provide recommendations for improvements. • Document all service work performed in detail for record-keeping purposes. Skills • Proficient in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. • Experience with appliance repair is a plus. • Familiarity with property maintenance tasks beyond HVAC work. • Ability to read and understand schematics related to HVAC designs. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
