HVAC Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal system performance. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. • Diagnose malfunctions using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics. • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity. • Repair or replace defective equipment components including compressors, fans, and motors. • Weld or fabricate parts as necessary for repairs or installations. • Operate company vehicles for service calls and transport tools to job sites. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Experience • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems. • Familiarity with air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and appliance repair techniques. • Experience in reading blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC installations. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. • Certification in HVAC technology or related field is a plus.
