HVAC/R Preventative Maintenance Technician

Job Summary As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for replacing air filters, cleaning condenser coils, cleaning evaporator coils, pulling amp draws, pulling voltage draws and ensuring all components of the equipment are working Responsibilities • PM maintenance, perform routine maintenance to help prevent unexpected failures in the future. • Professional customer service and effective communication with customers as well as with peers and leadership. Requirements • Universally EPA Certified ideal. • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components with built up systems and package units, which may include chiller air handler pump towers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers and air handling systems • Ability to learn commercial expertise in boilers, chillers, pneumatic controls, digital controls and packaged HVAC equipment • Ability to read electronic schematics • High School diploma/GED required + equivalent work experience Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Paid Time Off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Company truck • Dental insurance • Fuel card • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tools provided • Vision insurance Work Location: Remote
