The Opportunity

A Summer Internship at Nutanix is an opportunity to gain exposure to one or more areas according to your skill set and interests. If you're interested in the following type of work, the Hybrid Cloud Analytics and Insights Analyst Intern role would be perfect for you! This is a 12-week internship starting on May 20th or June 3rd depending on your availability. Nutanix offers hybrid internships where you would work from the San Jose, CA office 2-3 days/week.

The Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate intern to join our team and assist in creating an updated version of our annual Cloud Usage Report. As a Hybrid Cloud Analytics and Insights Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with real consumption data and trends to analyze the evolving landscape of Public and Hybrid Cloud adoption. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in cloud technology, data analysis, and report creation.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret data.
• Create visual representations of data through charts, graphs, and tables.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Analysis of the Cloud Usage Report.
• Support in the development of recommendations for optimizing cloud consumption.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud technology.

What You'll Bring

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in cloud technology and a desire to learn more about cloud adoption trends.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22-

29/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors,

including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation

package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted

stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other

benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time,

and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit

plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify

base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time,
