Hybrid Customer Experience Associate

Dallas, TX

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Training: 1 week in office Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Central time

Hybrid - 2 days in office and 3 days WFH

Job Details

• Will enter information into our software from paper or electronic documents. Must key this information accurately as it affects the shareholders account and finances.
• Will process time sensitive documents containing PII (personal identification information) including transfers of ownership of shares requests, address, and payment instruction change documents, while following SEC rules for document information requirements. Must meet the established deadlines for these documents.
• Will receive and respond to phone calls from shareholders, clients, financial institutions, etc. regarding items such as investment holdings, dividend payments not received, tax forms, etc. May escalate issues to supervisor for further review.
• Will receive and respond to emails from shareholders, clients, financial institutions, and provide requested information including adding attachments to email.
• Assist supervisor with other items as needed using Excel and Word skills.
• Potential to grow into an Assistant Supervisor role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must pass FBI fingerprint background screening per SEC rule. No felonies allowed.

People who succeed in this role have:

• 10 plus years' experience in an office environment.
• Outlook, Excel, Word, computer literate and able to learn our in-house software. (We train on our in-house software).
• Accurate keying skills for entering data into shareholders accounts.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills talking with clients, financial institutions, and shareholders.
• Must be able to meet established deadlines for processing transfer request documents.
• Experience in banking, financial, investment industry preferred but not required.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary for this role is $22/hour.
