Summary
Marketing Manager, to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team and support department needs owing the strategy and operations of B2B CRM – including governance of B2B CRM across Samsung Electronics America.

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic:
   
   • Lead governance, planning and scheduling of B2B CRM on a regular basis
   • Establish B2B CRM KPIs and benchmarks
   • Identify and scale best practices to improve overall performance
   • Monitor and grow B2B CRM audience base
   
2. Operational:
   
   • Work with B2B stakeholders to understand CRM requirements & identify gaps with current processes
   • Develop and standardize workflows to on-board new customers
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is collected, analyzed and applied appropriately
   • Design reporting templates/dashboards and establishing automated processes for their continued production
   • Develop best practices through a vigorous test and learn approach to digital marketing
   • Partner with analytics, big data and media teams to define consumer segments and creative approaches through data-driven insights
   
3. Interactions:
   
   • Internal: Director & VP level (DG, CM, HQ, eComm, Platform)
   • External: executive-level marketing agencies What we are looking for: Required Skills:
   • Bachelors’ Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics) required. Masters’ Degree highly preferred
   

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience required.
• B2B CRM Experience required.
• Experience with B2B through online/digital channels
• Direct experience developing customer data in e-commerce, technology, mobile or consumer electronics industries required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing strategy & operations
• 2 years of experience building data visualizations
• Succinct, proactive communication; translate data analytics into business solutions
• Proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a rigid determination to meet deadlines
• Comfortable to work with people from a broad range of backgrounds from highly technical to marketing to sales/business
• Very strong analytical skills
