Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting the Samsung B2B “Ascend” Partner Portal/Program. This portal is the “hub” for engaging, enabling and incenting reseller partners via a self-enabled digital experience. The Ascend Partner Portal combines PRM (Partner Relationship Management) with and LMS (Learning Management Software) to deliver the tools our partners need to drive mutual business success.

This role will be responsible for managing the programmatic and administrative tasks within the Ascend Partner Portal that contribute to delivering a white glove experience to our partners. Furthermore, this position will require collaboration with PR, digital, social, events, product, sales, and other key stakeholders within the organization (and external vendors and partners) to ensure the Ascend Partner Portal and Program is robust, engaging and aligned to overall brand and marketing initiatives.

Position Requirements

• The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in mobile, tablet, PC or other product based OEMs a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of directly related experience is required
• Prior Experience managing a PRM (Partner Relationship Management) software solution
• Prior Experience withing the B2B IT Channel is preferred
• Prior Experience In Developing HTML content
• Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

• Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed

Physical & Mental Demands

The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment

• Work is generally performed in an office environment
  
• Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time
