Hybrid - Paid Search Manager
Job Description
Go Maverick Group has a Cleveland-based client searching for a Paid Media Manager who will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. This role will be responsible for helping to oversee, execute, and optimize paid search and other advertising strategies against defined success metrics and measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Oversee development of paid search program strategies and analyses.
- Provide thorough analysis of paid search campaigns via bid management and reporting tools to ensure each is meeting its KPI and ROI objectives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on paid search campaign performance.
- Execute digital marketing strategy in collaboration with Senior Manager of Digital Marketing.
- Maintain and monitor campaign budgets in line with monthly goals.
- Write and test relevant ad copy, assist with landing page optimization recommendations, and work with the creative team on display/retargeting formats.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Provide keyword research and analysis.
- Be highly analytical with data and forecasting while exercising the ability to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
- Maintain positive relationships with search engines, understand search engine services, capabilities, and requirements.
- With the guidance from the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, manage 3rd party vendor relationships that help run other advertising campaigns such as OTT/Podcasts, Paid Social and programmatic direct mail
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in paid search engine marketing, (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads)
- Experience with advanced PPC knowledge: product listing ads, dynamic search, shopping campaigns, landing page testing and optimization
- Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
- Expertise in Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
