This position is hybrid and will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

We are prioritizing candidates in the following cities: New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities

• Assisting with live Prevail depositions/sessions, which include:
• Travel to in-person locations to capture proceedings
• Recording on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current Notary License for the state of residency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with legal videography, digital reporting, or fundamental knowledge of IT
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of residency, as well as basic national knowledge.

Benefits

• The pay range for this hourly position is $30-$35/hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. 
• Travel exceeding 25 miles will be eligible for reimbursement.
