Ideal candidate will have overall responsibility for the delivery of F&B Knowledge Based Services (KBS) programs in Hungary, and EAST area. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of the KBS Solution catalogue that is instrumental to achieve the company financial and non-financial goals. The Sector Specialist will provide technology support to the F&B sales department in customer field trials, participating in proposal creation, will have a key role in smooth operation of technology at the existing customer base. Will be an integral part of the fulfilment of the Service Level Agreements and in optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership programs. Will cooperate and liaise with other Sector Specialists within other geographical regions to share and learn best practices. The nature of the job is field work at the customer’s locations that requires significant amount of travel and adaptation to the industry working patterns.

Key Responsibilities:

· Delivery of the KBS solutions in Hungary and the EAST area

· Support regional goals to maintain business profitability

· Creates and shares case studies regularly to contribute to the generation of a knowledge data base

· Active participation in development of the KBS part in the customer agreements.

· Cooperation with local, regional and Global Strategic Account Team in the KBS related actions

· Collects Voice of the Customer and feedback the KBS team accordingly.

· Provides input for Product and Engineering innovation.

· Support the culture of innovation within F&B and lead identification and pursuit of opportunities in Food and Beverage markets.

Education/Experience/Capabilities:

· Native Hungarian speaker

· 3–4-year degree in chemistry, microbiology, or food science from a certified University

· Experience in sales account management or sector specialist or application engineer.

· Deep understanding of food processing technologies

· Teamwork and leadership capabilities

· Expertise in delivering and demonstrating value delivered to customers.

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Fluent in English language, both spoken and written.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) and cross-cultural agility.

· Strong presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.

· Travel requirement approx. 50%. Overnight and international travel will be required.
