Performing the Bank's Oracle Hyperion Systems Maintenance, Operations, and User Support, including interacting with business users and managing functional administration of Oracle's Hyperion Planning and Essbase Reporting applications. Acting as the Oracle Hyperion & DRM Projects liaison and key contributor in Functional and Technical solution design: Core Banking Transformations, Management Reporting Transformation Program, Continuous Process Improvements, Simplification Initiatives. Maintaining Financial Management Reporting hierarchies, definition updates, properties, and exports using Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM) for Financial Planning and Reporting and Business Intelligence applications. Reviewing business requirements and evaluating the functional design/solutions and working with technical teams to test and deliver optimal, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Performing Data Analysis, Data reconciliation between upstream and downstream systems and validations of metadata, using Excel Spreadsheet add-in (SmartView for Hyperion), Oracle SQL/Toad. Researching, analyzing, troubleshooting, and performing Impact Assessment of both routine, ad hoc, and mass hierarchy changes and resolving functional/Technical/Data Integrity/Security/user issues and audit remediation across multiple lines of businesses. Improving process/system workflows, enhancing reporting capabilities, and data consolidations that align with Financial Management of Americas(FMA) overall simplification strategies. Participating in SIT & UAT and supporting disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) for financial planning and reporting applications. Providing Monthly and Quarterly Business metrics and presentations to CFOs and senior management. Creating and documenting design documents, writing standard operating procedures, system and maintenance documentation, user manuals, and training materials. Providing end user support and training new users and team members as needed

Qualifications - External

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field, (or foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 7 years of experience managing Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Planning administration and supporting it's users; designing Aggregate Storage Option(ASO) and Block Storage Option(BSO) cubes, dimensions, web forms, Hyperion Business Rules (HBRs), calculation scripts, load rules, MAXL scripts and MDX queries; reconciling financial reporting data between Hyperion Essbase vs Planning using Smart View; 3 yearsof experience must be in the banking or financial services industry creating Process Flows and Procedural Diagrams of financial reporting operational activities to satisfy regulatory requirements; performing Disaster Recovery(DR) processes and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for financial planning and reporting applications; managing Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM); designing and processing DRMdimension and hierarchy administration of versions, custom properties or attributes, blenders, categories and hierarchy files.

Other: Position allows telecommuting 2-3 days per week.

Other: May be required to work nights and/or weekends and be on-call during non-business hours for testing and deployment purposes based on urgency and criticality of business needs.
