Job Group/Grade: JG1, H05
Rotating Schedule | D Shift | 6:00PM -6:00AM CT
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods, which includes product inspection, operating equipment, raw material and finished goods movements and clean room area and equipment cleaning / sanitizing
- Perform visual inspections
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning
- Achieve production rate and quality goals on assigned equipment
- Facilitate continuous operation of the equipment through breaks
- Perform rework
- Cross' train where needed within the department to support the business
- Maintain all quality and GMP standards
- Perform needed SAP data entries
- May require the use of 10x microscope, calipers, and/or other miscellaneous gauges
- Participate on blitz teams as assigned
- Other duties as required to support the needs of the business
Education:
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- In lieu of High School diploma/GED, two years manufacturing experience is required
Experience
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Previous experience with MES preferred
- Previous experience with precision measuring instruments preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, and converse English
- Work effectively on own, or in a team atmosphere - Proficient
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean and orderly work area - Proficient
- Willingness and ability to train others - Proficient
- Teamwork - Proficient
- Organization skills, detailed oriented - Basic
PCP Level: 3
