IA Business Architect | About You
As an Intelligent Automation Business Architect, you are responsible for designing and orchestrating the automation of business processes. You possess a unique blend of business analysis, product ownership, and continuous improvement skills that enable you to identify and implement innovative automation solutions. With a passion for healthcare operations and an eye for detail, you are poised to drive the development process from strategic planning through to the realization of a fully optimized digital workforce.
IA Business Architect | Day-to-Day
- Interface with business units to conduct Process Mining and interrogation, utilizing advanced tools for uncovering automation opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize processes that are ideal candidates for automation, contributing to the digital transformation of supply chain and revenue cycle operations.
- Develop compelling business cases, measure outcomes to justify and prioritize automation projects, and monitor and report on the benefits achieved.
- Provide critical input on solution decisions and designs, ensuring they meet the operational needs and strategic goals of the business.
- Manage effective business relationships while keeping in mind a product ownership perspective throughout the lifecycle of automation initiatives.
- Provide expertise in healthcare provider operations, ensuring solutions are pragmatic, compliant, and effectively integrated into existing workflows.
IA Business Architect | Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working in business analysis, product management, and continuous improvement, specifically within a Healthcare setting or highly regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability in process analysis and optimization, with a focus on identifying processes for automation and streamlining.
- Strong consulting skills, ability to manage complex healthcare provider operations, and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Background in fostering business relationships and managing projects with a mission to deliver value and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Advanced healthcare data standard knowledge and experience with process interrogation and mining tools.
- Deep familiarity with Healthcare Supply Chain and Healthcare Provider Financial operations, with a background in improving efficiencies and implementing cost-saving strategies.
