IAM Directory Services Engineer

Senior IAM architect will be responsible for planning, design and operationalizing enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities at Equifax. This role will work closely with engineering and operations teams to support the deployment and adoption of the various IAM capabilities with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration and rapid application integration.

What You'll Do

• Manage and help prioritize Equifax's IAM roadmap while continuously driving Equifax's IAM strategy
• Partner with the engineering team to set priorities and adopt IAM best practices
• Design and build a scalable, highly available Identity Governance Platform while meeting Equifax controls
• Partner with the Enterprise Architecture team to develop reference architectures and secure design patterns
• Report and remediate program level risks and issues related to regulatory controls and audit findings
• Configure and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, and Privileged Account Management
• Automate tasks from infrastructure creation, to software build artifacts to multi-system complex deployment pipelines (Chef, CI/CD, Jenkins, deployment orchestration).
• Provide support for application integration with centralized IAM systems.
• Be a point of escalation to support teams for IAM incident management
• Contribute to security initiatives aimed at evolving tooling and processes related to company wide access reviews and security hygiene

What experience you need

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics or other related discipline
• 7 years of experience with IAM (Identity and access management) concepts and technologies
• 7 years of experience with VDS is a plus.
• 7 Experience with the Saviynt or Sailpoint suite of products is required.
• Working knowledge of user provisioning, privileged access management, directory services, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on technologies.
• Ability to develop code using at least one programming language such as Java, Python, etc
• Information security experience in enterprise environments.
