IAM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM and PAM solutions to meet organizational security requirements.
• Configure and maintain IAM tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure/Entra, SailPoint) and PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Manage and monitor accounts to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM and PAM systems for compliance and security posture.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather access requirements and implement role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Develop and maintain documentation for IAM/PAM policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Respond to incidents and support requests related to IAM and PAM, providing troubleshooting and resolution support.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM and PAM.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM and PAM.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in IAM and PAM tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
