Cognizant's Corporate Security team is chartered with managing and directing the global enterprise physical and information security programs. The team is responsible for the oversight and coordination of security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, and is responsible for identifying security initiatives and standards. Corporate Security drives security compliance and serves as the key organization responsible with helping the business appropriately manage security risks.

Coordination and collaboration of IT groups, Information Security teams, business units, and client delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert with a proven track record designing, deploying, and maintaining Authentication, Identity Management (IdM), and Privileged Account Management (PAM) platforms in a large enterprise with system design/integration experience. This is a team focused on the design, deployment and maintenance of enterprise PAM and Authentication technologies. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing customer needs; contributing to service strategy discussions; maintaining supporting documentation; contributing to projects that change the features, usability, service levels, or other aspects of the service design; testing, validation, and transitioning to new designs and supporting integration and operations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CyberArk design, implementation and operations support
• Experience in configuration, integration and troubleshooting CyberArk Infrastructure
• Experience with high availability and disaster recovery architectures
• Managing Multiple Domains and Forests (Domain Trusts, Schema Management and Site & Services)
• Managing Groups, Users, Service and Computer Accounts
• Group Policy Management (planning, implementing, and troubleshooting)
• Manage Enterprise Federation Service, Single Sign On (SSO)
• Extending identity and access management to cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, etc.)
• Manage PKI Services
• Problem-solving attitude
• Collaborative team spirit

• Ability to present complex solutions and methods to a general community
• Independent thinking, willingness to "step outside the box" and take reasonable, calculated risks
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills in English and Norwegian
• Strong collaboration skills and willingness to be a team player to solve problems and
• incorporate input from various sources
