IAM Lead Application Analyst

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management (IAM) and be proficient in the development implementation and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure robust and secure identity management processes. IAM Application Lead will Design and implement custom workflows rules and integrations. Customize and enhance SailPoint components such as connectors email templates dashboards and reports. The IAM Application Lead will build manage and maintain Identity Security tools and the infrastructure required to support them.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor s Degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent technical and business experience with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management
• 2+ years hands-on experience implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• 2+ years experience in Privileged access management solution such as CyberArk with a strong technical knowledge
• 2+ years in a management role

Preferred:

• Preferred: Bachelor s degree in cyber security Computer Science or Information Systems. SailPoint IIQ certification.
• 4+ years' experience in Sailpoint IdentityIQ as a developer
• 4+ years experience in Privileged access management solution such as CyberArk with a strong technical knowledge.
• 4+ years in cross-functional management roles.
• Experience with engineering best practices including analyzing designing developing deploying and supporting software solutions.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Certifications in cybersecurity or IAM (e.g. CISSP CISM CIAM) are highly desirable
• SailPoint IIQ certifications
• Epic Certified Security Administrator is a plus

Essential Functions:

• The IAM Application Lead will configure customize and build automation within the SailPoint IdentityIQ solution using their prior experience with Java BeanShell XML SQL and knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration.
• Conduct system testing performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and effectiveness of various Identity Security systems.
• Build custom reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical guidance mentorship and support to junior team members fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT security and development teams to integrate PAM and AWS IAM with existing systems and applications.
• Lead and oversee the build configuration and architecture of PAM platform such as CyberArk including integral technology components such as password vaulting privileged session management application to application authentication SSH key management etc.
• Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design configuration guides deployment guide etc.
• Support existing SailPoint team and interact with customers and the vendors as required during requirement
