• 5+ years of experience in managing IT Operations, SOC (security operations center), system operations, or Identify & Access Management (IAM) is highly recommended but the supervisory experience will suffice based upon experience.
• Leads global teams to review current architectural designs for improvements, managing risk/reward and build efficiencies that limit human risks and effort for a high volume and growing enterprise Identity Access Management team.
• Responsibilities include working with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, client partners, business customers, and external vendors to define and integrate business requirements for IAM to successfully deliver services within service level objectives and KPIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to construct content and deliver verbally via steering committee presentation to a diverse audience within senior leadership, technical and non-technical areas.
• Excellent ability to research data and build reporting metrics, trending and forecasting of operational workloads for the team and be capable to explain the 'why' behind variations and the technical details when gaps or delivery slowness occurs.
• Partner closely with the global solution delivery managers, business leaders, and product stakeholders to continually improve the customer delivery experience and assurance for the IAM offers.
• Own the delivery process for incident and request workstreams utilizing Service Now, building team functional efficiencies, collaboration, maintaining effective runbooks, and evangelizing positive progress.
• Build and maintain strong team culture with a focus on customer delivery, scaling while growing and career path management to ensure we are growing top performers and leaders for tomorrow.
• Manage toward a strategic plan with the ability to pivot in response to the business needs without losing sight of the long-term goals and objectives.

Education and Experience:
• Additional technical, ITIL, and management certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in managing or supervising security-related team(s), IS/IT operations, desktop or server operations, managing incident workload across multiple teams, and ensuring SLA prioritization is a requirement.

Technical:
• Must have an understanding of Microsoft Active Directory tools in support identity management.
• Ability to relay problem statements, resolutions, and progress reporting in a non-technical manner.
• Capable of inspiring change, following through on escalations, and managing data elements in MS Excel, PowerBI, or other applications for operational trending and analysis.
• Understanding platforms such as MS Active Directory, OKTA, Azure AZ, LDAP concepts, and basic application role-based permissions.
• Experience with Service Now is a major plus!
