Drive Identity Access Management (IAM) by providing technical expertise with a specific focus on Single Sign On (SSO) Services

Drive the business by developing, communicating, implementing, enforcing, and monitoring security controls relating to Identity Access Management.Protect the organization's technology assets and customer PII from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction. Help to steer the Okta and SSO service offerings amidst significant modernization efforts in company systems and account data.

Responsible for providing high level technical expertise in the field of IAM.Using in depth knowledge, provide guidance and direction to those who perform day-to-day procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information.While not a people leadership role, this position will provide coaching and guidance to other team members.

Essential Job Functions

• Guide, build, develop, and act as an advocate for the IAM program
• Perform hands on technical work while also assisting other members of the team in a technical lead capacity on their work
• Respond to incidents relating to IAM
• Execute on project work, which is enterprise wide in scope, while working on identity access management, identity governance, provisioning access, and multifactor authentication tools.
• Research and suggestion future security and IAM products and initiatives
• Provide technical liaison support to both IT Infrastructure and various company business units
• Define IAM requirements, standards, and policies for the enterprise

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in related fields required.Related experience should come from within the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or other associated IT or identity governance disciplines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Previous experience with single sign on services (SSO) in Okta and/or Azure required.

Salary range$96,422 to $154,276 per year.
