City: Burbank

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: 4 days a week onsite

Duration: 18 months

Rate Range: $95 to $110/hr in W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Responsibilities:• Designs and delivers high-quality, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions that meet global business requirements and conform to architectural designs and technology strategies.• Partners to create and manage technical roadmaps and helps set and lead technology strategy• Oversee technical coding changes and ensure they are to Disney standard and the appropriate syntax for performance on a large-scale IAM ecosystem.• Make recommendations on technical decisions for complex development scenarios requiring transformation from existing processes.• Own/facilitate the scrum ceremonies including write and prioritize Epics, Technical User Stories and Tasks in a requirements repository with traceability to test cases in a testing repository.• Understanding interdependencies and impacts to other cast members workstreams and clearly communicating these impacts.• Drive for on-time delivery of all aspects of projects within the IAM Transformation Program. Consistently evaluate and improve the project plan, course correct for incoming/new prioritization and dependencies.• Oversees the requirements process; ensures traceability of high-level requirements throughout the program. Participates in data analysis activities as needed.• Leads or participates in the assessment of potential new opportunities, analyzing scope at a high-level and work with Business, Technology or Functional managers to agree on project approach, business cases, risk assessments, funding requirements, and resource/capability needs.• Create detailed plans that will coordinate thousands of tasks to successfully deploy complex projects.• Understand the impacts of delays and clearly define the critical path for project go live.• Make recommendations on task that can be performed in parallel to reduce overall business impact• Accountable for accurate forecasting, tracking and adherence to program budgets. Understand and articulate challenges, assumptions, timelines and expenses across the projects and at the program level.• Manages project variance and root cause analysis, develops risk mitigation / issue management plans with the objective to meet the financial targets.• Ensures effective, proactive and open communications, horizontally and vertically, in order to achieve transparency and clarity of program goals, progress and issues.• Supports and actively works to create a healthy work team environment- bringing a measured response along with transparency and discipline to active discussions and communications.• Coordinate and facilitate on-boarding requirements for all Identity & Access Management integrations in all phases of the program

Qualifications:• 7+ Years in Technology roles for large/enterprise software companies including Information & Access Management, technical and business stakeholder executive facilitation.• Strong understanding of data governance and Identity Management• Minimum of 5 years' experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, etc• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects (complex in terms of the number of stakeholders, application and implementation are simple)• Experience with CI/CD, RBAC, ABAC, Agile Release• Experience with test driven design• Can quickly learn new processes and understand the impacts of development changes to internal and external• Customer-focused to understand business drivers working across the team to identify solutions for IAM capabilities.• Commitment to win as a team, possessing a growth mindset, and bring positive energy and fun to your interactions with customer and colleagues alike.• One or more current security related certifications (e.g., CISSP, SANS GIAC, etc.) a plus• Cloud security certification(s) (AWS, Azure, GCP, CCSP) a plus.• Experienced in "Data" project managements using Agile, Iterative and/or Waterfall SDLC Methodologies• Experienced in extracting and documenting data and analytic requirements, working across all levels of users from senior executives to analysts• Track record of taking ownership and driving results• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong writing and speaking skills• Ability to think both strategically and tactically with good attention to detail• Demonstrated ability to execute delivery on large programs with multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation• Strong program/project financial management skills including forecasting• Experience with resource allocation tracking across program/projects• Proven experience in managing complex technical projects with complexity across stakeholders, multi-functional teams, requirements, and implementations.• Ability to think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized

Requirements

The Product & Engineering Manager for IAM Transformation will be a part of the IAM Core Systems & Platforms team within the Enterprise Technology organization. The deployment manager that joins our team will be part of a IAM transformation journey and maintain overall delivery accountability for the program while serving as the foundation to coordinate across global stakeholders, manage to the critical path, and relentlessly removing blockers to delivery success of on time, on budget, on function.

You will have the opportunity to be part of a team responsible for supporting our Identity & Access Management transformation. Initially, you will be part of the IAM core team and its technology ecosystem of platforms and functionality that is leveraged by all segments and lines of business.

In this role you will facilitate scope definition to execution of a range of initiatives for the IAM Transformation team. In addition, you will help manage the product backlog as well as facilitate support as we evolve the IAM transformation roadmap. You will lead one of many threads responsible for the successful execution of the overall program. These could range from business analysis, data management, testing, financial integrations, segment integrations, conversion, cutover and hypercare support.

The candidate must be able to work at the strategic program level and at the tactical project level. The successful candidate will need to mitigate risk while delivering quality throughout the process. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key.
