IAM Program Manager

As a Security Consultant you will be a key advisor for IBM’s clients analyzing business requirements to design and implement the best security solutions for their needs. You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client’s organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a senior IAM Program Manager with experience in leading and driving diverse teams to join our IBM CyberSecurity Identity and Access Management team. As part of the IAM team you would be responsible for leading growing and supporting our customers to meet their IAM program and governance objectives. You would responsible for leading our IBM teams and supporting the day to day efforts leveraging multiple IAM technologies.

Your main duties will include leading coordinating provide technical guidance and solutions communicating and governing IAM projects You will be working with our clients to understand their specific business issues while providing solutions. This will include recommending and implementing products and implementing process updates. You will be working with other IBM consultants providing guidance on a systematic approach to solve these within our client’s budget and timeframe.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The successful candidate should posses the following required skills:

• Experienced with IAM program operations administration governance and security.
• Experience with leading complex projects.
• Experience with leading groups and workshops.
• Able to work independently.
• Experienced with IAM technologies with OIDC OAuth SAML Access Control Policies.
• Experienced with IAM methodologies and best practices.
• Must have good understanding of IAM integrations and products.
• Must be very organized and have good communication skills.
• Must have working knowledge of cloud IAM concepts.
• Experienced with project management tools and reporting.
• 10+ years IAM experience in a leadership or management role.
• Able to clearly articulate IAM concepts and solutions clearly with customers.
• Must be able to work within a team environment.
• Must be able to travel up to 75%.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experienced working with offshore teams.
• Experienced with multiple IAM tools and integrations.
• IAM certifications with CyberArk Saviynt Azure.
• Experienced with Java and JavaScript programming Python Programing.
• Experienced with MSEntraID.
