The role involves close collaboration with architects, application teams, and cloud engineers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You will also play a key role in improving identity security posture through automation, policy design, and integration across multiple systems. In a fast-paced Agile environment, you will contribute to both delivery execution and strategic IAM roadmap development. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced IAM professional to work on enterprise-scale identity transformation initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager.

  • Build and maintain connectors and integrations with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Develop automation for provisioning and deprovisioning processes using RBAC and ABAC models to ensure secure access control.
  • Customize workflows, rules, and policies using scripting languages such as BeanShell, JSON, and other supported tools.
  • Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise systems using REST APIs, JDBC, SCIM, and related protocols.
  • Support compliance and audit requirements by implementing access reviews aligned with SOX, PCI-DSS, and GDPR standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and security teams to support CI/CD pipelines and identity security deployments.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to IAM strategy, platform roadmap, and mentoring of junior engineers within the team.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in IAM/IGA engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Saviynt or similar platforms.
    • Strong experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and enterprise compliance frameworks.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python.
    • Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
    • Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, RBAC/ABAC models, and identity federation concepts.
    • Hands-on experience with APIs (REST), SCIM, and enterprise system integrations.
    • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering across sprint-based development cycles.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
    • Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to IAM architecture or roadmap discussions is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and industry benchmarks.
      • Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale identity governance and security transformation programs.
      • Exposure to leading IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Oracle Identity Manager.
      • Flexible work arrangements depending on project and organizational requirements.
      • Professional development opportunities in cybersecurity, IAM, and cloud security domains.
      • Collaborative Agile work environment with cross-functional global teams.
      • Opportunity to contribute to IAM architecture, automation, and security strategy.
      • Strong learning culture with exposure to compliance, audit, and enterprise security frameworks.
