An Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to provide technical support for the integration of systems with an enterprise cybersecurity system. As a member of the team, you will interact with technical and non-technical system, data, and policy owners. You will help guide our customers in using and integrating their systems with our services and capabilities. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, administer configurations, support testing, recommend enhancements, and troubleshoot and resolve issues associated with the use of the cybersecurity system and its graphical user interface and open-standards based APIs.

- Leverage your technical background to understand a customer’s goals and identify the best integration solution for their needs
- Test and troubleshoot integrations to confirm successful integration
- Communicate with customers during integration and post-integrationÂ
- Continuous learning of our enterprise cybersecurity system, its capabilities, the open-standards and technologies that are applied
- Document and communicate customer identified system capability enhancementsÂ
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/operational incidents
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical or related field with 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Active CompTIA Security+
- Strong communication skills, results-oriented, team player, creative thinker, problem solver
- Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment and independently
- COTS and FOSS integration experience
- Experience in identity management and governance, to include single sign-on, identity federation, or enterprise directory architecture and design
- Experience or familiarity with the following identity, credential, and access management (ICAM) concepts/standards:
- LDAP or MS Active Directory
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Transport Layer Security (TLS) / Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) or Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)
- Experience or familiarity with the following technologies, and a desire to learn the others:
- Linux OS administration or scripting (Bash)
- Cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
- Experience or familiarity with common Agile practices and tools

- Company paid Term Basic Life insurance is paid equal to 1 X your annual base salary, with a max of $260,000
