No matter the area you enter you will advise top clients on their digital journey supported by IBM’s top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.
You will research ideate cocreate prototype to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging results oriented client facing dynamic and international environment where everyone (junior or senior) is expected to actively contribute innovate and take the lead.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Work experience not required maximum 1 year of internship experience
• Thorough and analytical mindset with the capability to apply logic to solve problems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organizational problem-solving and time-management abilities
• Attitude and interest in a Consultant career

Languages required: English (B2 written and spoken) Spanish (native/C1)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Education in any of the following domains: Engineering Information Technology Physics Mathematics Finance Design Technology Marketing Human Resources Innovation Business Analytics Law or any other major related.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
